  1. Purpose
    The UL2272-compliant HF-7057 Scooter Wheel Abrasion Tester simulates the rolling wear and aging conditions of scooter wheels during normal operation. It provides reliable testing data for scooter manufacturers and users to assess wheel durability.

  2. Specifications

  • Testing Stations: 1 station

  • Test Bench: Thickened square steel welded frame with CNC bent sheet metal enclosure

  • Corrosion Protection: Frame coated with baked paint, sheet metal electrostatically sprayed, other parts nickel-plated (¡Ý8¦Ìm thickness)

  • Counterweights: 40kg to 200kg adjustable in 10kg increments; weights fixed by quick-release design for easy addition

  • Load Lifting: Pneumatic cylinder with guide rollers; load can be mechanically locked after lifting

  • Driving Drum: Ø300¡Á200mm, made of AL6061 T6 with knurled surface, cross pattern
