Low pressure equipment, also known as battery low pressure (high altitude) simulation test, performs all sample tests under a negative pressure of 11.6 kPa (1.68 psi).
High altitude simulation test where all samples are tested under low pressure conditions. The final test results require that batteries must not explode or catch fire. Additionally, batteries must not emit smoke or leak liquid. The battery protection valve must remain intact.

Structural Features of the Test Chamber:
The outer chamber is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate with electrostatic powder coating, providing a hard, durable surface with excellent rust resistance.
The working chamber (inner box) is made of high-quality stainless steel with rounded corners, smooth surface, easy to clean.
Between the outer chamber and working chamber is filled with ultra-fine glass wool insulation material.
The chamber door is tempered glass, allowing clear observation inside.
A rubber sealing ring is installed between the working chamber and glass door to ensure high vacuum inside.
Vertical structure: operation panel and vacuum pump are located at the upper part, low pressure chamber at the lower part.
Uses PLC control combined with a high-definition sensitive touchscreen operation mode.
