i.Function and Purpose of Power Cord Bending Tester:
The HF-5018 power cord bending tester complies with international standards such as UL817 and GB2099.1-96. It is a specialized equipment for testing the fatigue strength of bending ACDC power cords and plug lead-out wires. It can automatically count and stop operation when the test material is bent and broken, unable to conduct electricity.

7.Load: 50g, 100g, 113g, 200g, 284g, 300g, 500g (optional)
8.Failure Judgment: When one of the tested wires breaks, the corresponding LED light goes off, and the corresponding counter for qualified products stops counting. The displayed value indicates the number of bends the tested wire can withstand. When all tested wires are broken, the machine stops operation.
9.Pass Judgment: When the tested wire reaches the set test number, the testing equipment automatically stops and displays the count of qualified products.
