HF-5002B Computerized Fully Automatic Torque Tester
1. Function and Application:
The Computerized Fully Automatic Torque Tester is capable of directly testing torque variations at each angle (torque-angle curve) and displaying both the torque-angle curve and torque decay lifespan curve.
This servo torque tester is suitable for testing a wide range of products including screws, torsion springs, gearboxes, NB shafts, mobile phone shafts (both individual and complete twist life tests), LCD monitor stands, rotary switches, and more. By using industrial computer analysis, it can measure the torque and rotation angle of the test object, as well as the corresponding torque-speed variation curve. The system allows for precise control over screw torque testing, including rotation angle, speed, target measurement cycles, and pause time.
With a servo motor and a Windows-based control system, this device offers easy operation, the ability to store all data, and is a reliable, high-performance mechanical testing instrument.
