1. Product Description
This machine adopts advanced PLC touch screen control to carry out the entire key life testing process. It is mainly used for durability and aging tests of key switches, computer keyboards, conductive rubber keys, and metal dome keys (commonly known as "snap domes") or similar types.
It is also suitable for fatigue testing of silicone rubber keys. The system features adjustable speed, customizable test cycle count, and supports simultaneous testing of multiple products (each with multiple test points). Data is retained after reaching the set cycle or during a power outage. Each key can be configured with different pressure and height values.
Each striking head is individually controlled for greater flexibility and user-friendly design, meeting various testing requirements.
