全自动熔融指数仪
新款全自动熔融指数仪自动型(自动加载砝码、自动称重、自动计算、一次测量可实现质量法及体积法)
1、 五套独立控温系统，每个加热套对应一个铂电阻传感器，每个加热套单独控温，温度范围从常温到500度可设定，每个温控系统PID组数至少10组，能设定升温斜率即升温速度可调
2、 温度分辨率为0.1度，温度均匀度0.2度，24小时内的温度波动不超过0.5，位移传感器分辨率为0.01mm。
3、 全自动熔指仪温度保护，升温若超出设定值一定温度后即发出报警提示音并自行停止加热
4、 切料装置为一步进电机带动刮刀旋转，可通过屏幕设定电机每多少秒转动一次，时间设定范围为0.1S~999S
5、 测试时可选择质量法，或体积法，或者两种测试方法同时进行，并可计算流动速率比。两种方法均为活塞杆移动到某位置时开始测试。
6、 温度升至设定温度稳定后，发出提示声音，加入塑胶料后按一菜单开始240秒倒计时，240秒后发出提示声音(此时间可设定，因国标规定加入塑胶料后4分钟后开始测试，而美标是6分钟)
7、 客户可能会有很多种材料，每次设定参数较繁唢，可以设定测试参数后命名保存，使用时调出来执行即可，有记忆功能，开机后的参数保留上边好后一次设定参数，避免客户重复设定
8、 通过触摸屏控制， 7寸触摸屏，可以存储并打印好近50(或20组)测试条件及数据，
9、 自动加载砝码系统，砝码不需更换即可实现各种测试负载加载
10、全自动熔融指数仪可选配内置自动称重系统，不需另外购买称重仪器
