HF-6002BZero Drop Tester
The Zero Drop Tester is mainly used for drop tests of relatively large-sized packages. The machine uses an "E"-shaped fork that can move downward rapidly as the test specimen carrier. The test products are placed and balanced according to the test requirements (tests for surfaces, edges, and corners). During the test, the supporting arm moves downward at a high speed, and the test products fall together with the "E"-shaped fork onto the rubber base plate. Under the action of the high-efficiency shock absorber, they are embedded flat on the base plate. Theoretically, the Zero Drop Tester can conduct drop tests within a zero-height range. The drop height is set through the liquid crystal controller, and the drop test is automatically executed according to the set height.
Control Principle: It adopts a reasonable design of imported electrical components controlled by a microcomputer to achieve a comprehensive design for free fall, edges, corners and surfaces.
