I.Purpose/Principle:：
1.1 The electric cable bending tester is designed to evaluate the durability and performance of rubber-insulated and sheathed flexible cables under dynamic load conditions. The test involves repeatedly bending the cable a specified number of times to assess its degree of damage, simulating the conditions cables face during installation or in use. This machine is widely used for testing soft cables, ensuring their reliability in real-world applications.
2.1 Complies with the requirements of Section 3.1 of GB/T 5023.2-2008, Section 3.1 and 3.5 of GB 5013.2-2008, and Figure 6 standards.
3.1 Test station: 1 test station, testing one sample at a time.
3.2 Bending method: Two-pulley/Three-pulley.
3.3 Bending speed:
Two-pulley: 0.33 m/s
Three-pulley: 0.1 m/s
3.4 Bending stroke: ≥ 1M.
3.5 Test current: Adjustable from 0 to 35A.
3.6 Test wiring type: Can detect single-phase, three-phase three-wire, three-phase four-wire.
3.7 Test voltage:
Two-core single-phase AC: 0 to 230V (adjustable)
Three-core three-phase AC: 0 to 400V (adjustable), 50HZ.
3.8 Weight (for pulley tests):
Two-pulley: 0.5kg, 1.0kg, 1.5kg, 2.0kg, 2.5kg, 3.0kg, 3.5kg, 4.0kg, 6.0kg, 7.0kg, 7.5kg, 9.0kg (two pieces each)
Three-pulley: 14N, 21N, 28N (two pieces each).
3.9 Pulley diameter:

Three-pulley: Ф40mm, Ф45mm, Ф50mm (three pieces each).
3.10 Fault detection and shutdown:
When the conductor of the test sample is open, shorted between conductors, or shorted between the cable sample and the pulley, the machine will stop and provide fault indicators: open circuit, phase-to-phase short circuit, and short circuit between the core and outer shell.
3.11 Power supply requirement: AC380 (±10%) V / 50HZ
