The immersion water tank is designed to quickly submerge a battery pack in the event of fire or smoke, in order to control the spread of the fire. This helps to minimize the impact of the battery pack on the surrounding environment.

The lifting platform is controlled by an external signal and must complete the lowering action within 30 seconds of receiving the signal. In case of unexpected power failure, the platform must not descend automatically due to its own weight or the weight of the sample. The platform must also be removable from the tank via forklift fork arms.

Load Capacity and Safety Requirements:
When fully raised, the platform should be flush with the upper edge of the tank and support a rated load of ≥1200kg. The platform must reliably support the 1200kg load at full height without any external power source, with no displacement or deformation greater than 10mm.
