I. Purpose of the Baby Stroller Lift and Compression Testing Machine:
The CNS6263 Lift and Compression Testing Machine is applicable for the durability test of hand-pushed baby strollers by simulating the lifting and pressing actions when crossing obstacles. It is manufactured according to the CNS testing standard. The test method involves placing a dummy baby in the stroller. During lifting, the rear wheels of the stroller are raised 150mm off the ground; during pressing down, the front wheels are raised 150mm. The test is conducted at a rate of 15±1 times per minute, continuously repeating for 3,000 cycles. After testing, the stroller is visually inspected for any damage. Once the set number of cycles is reached, the machine stops automatically. Therefore, it can operate for 24 hours without supervision.
