HF-7010 Power Battery Puncture Test Machine

Product Overview:
This machine is suitable for simulating the puncture situation of various batteries during transportation and storage. The test should be conducted at an ambient temperature of 20°C ± 5°C. The battery, equipped with a thermocouple (with the thermocouple's contact fixed on the large surface of the battery), is placed in a fume hood. A stainless steel needle with a diameter of 2-8mm punctures the center of the battery surface at a speed of 10mm/s to 40mm/s. The needle should be maintained for any duration, and the test results should be observed. The battery is considered qualified if it does not explode or catch fire.
