The rain test chamber is mainly used to evaluate whether the enclosure and seals of a product can ensure proper functionality and technical condition after or during exposure to rain. It simulates natural rain conditions (without strong wind) to assess potential water ingress during transportation and use, providing reference data for product standards.

Rain Test Cycle:

Speed Reduction Mechanism

Speed-regulating motor.

Oscillating Spray Pipe

Driven by a motor/inverter (Schneider) through a reducer/eccentric wheel mechanism/rack and gear mechanical transmission. The desired angle is achieved by adjusting frequency via the inverter and fine-tuning through the eccentric mechanism.

Rotating Worktable

The platform is made of stainless steel. Driven by a motor and worm gear reducer. Speed adjustable via inverter. Forward and reverse rotation supported. Time and speed adjustable.

Nozzle

The bending radius of the oscillating pipe is determined by the test sample size and the internal volume of the chamber. Equipped with a detachable dedicated nozzle. Spray hole diameter can be changed at any time according to standard requirements. Spray direction adjustable, ensuring uniform droplet distribution and sufficient flow.

Water Supply Tank

Stainless steel water storage tank with low water level protection and drain valve.

Drainage

Designed at the bottom of the chamber for quick drainage with no water accumulation.
