Steam Aging Life Test Chamber
Function and Application:
The steam aging life test chamber is suitable for accelerated aging life testing prior to solderability testing of electronic connectors, semiconductor ICs, transistors, diodes, LCDs, chip resistors and capacitors, and other electronic components with metal leads. It is also applicable for oxidation tests of semiconductor, passive components, and component leads.
Equipped with a microcomputer temperature controller, LED digital display, PID + SSR control, and a platinum resistance temperature sensor (PT-100) with 0.1¡ãC resolution. The system includes full automatic protection features.
